In the relentless pursuit of sustainability, Goodeebag emerges as a powerful force, weaving together artificial intelligence and a commitment to being the voice for the voiceless - our Earth, animals, and the air we breathe. Founded in February 2022 by the visionary Abhishek Agarwal, Goodeebag is not just a waste disposal solution; it's a movement that seeks to reform how we perceive and manage waste, echoing its mission to be a voice for those who cannot speak.
A month after the first COVID-19 lockdown, a truckful of “unruly and angry” men with wooden lathis in their hands, disembarked outside a house in Okhla, New Delhi. Agitated, they “came barging into” the two-storey house, which was the office-cum-residence space of a startup. Just two months ago, the waste recycling and management startup had received expressions of interest from hospitals and nursing homes in the area to recycle salvageable hospital waste such as gowns, syringes, and disposable clothes. Hospital waste is usually sanitised and shredded to recycle, and does not involve any human contact when done using machines.

Hyderabad: Ecovani Waste Management Pvt Ltd (Goodeebag) and VJIT have partnered to promote sustainable waste management practices on the college campus. Goodeebag, will provide waste management services to VNR VJIT, for the effective management of dry waste on the campus. In turn, the institute will grant Goodeebag access to the dry waste generated within the premises. Both parties will collaborate on designing creative campaigns to educate students about the importance of sustainable waste management practices. VNR VJIT, will install separate bins labelled ‘dry raw material’ and ‘wet raw material’ within the campus to ensure proper waste segregation. Abhishek Agarwal, Founder & CEO, Goodeebag, said: "We are excited to partner with VNR VJIT, in our mission to promote sustainable waste management practices.
